Students in the Fundamentals of Engineering Program (FEP) courses (ENGR 100, ENGR 101, ENGR 102, ENGR 150, ENGR 191, and ENGR 293B) are required to attend engineering-related events outside of their regularly scheduled class time. These activities, called Out of Class Experiences (OCEs), are designed to help students develop diverse engineering perspectives, gain a better understanding of the careers available in each of the engineering disciplines, and engage in opportunities unique to Statler College students. OCEs account for a percentage of the course grade. These events can include engineering-related lectures and FEP activities.
